About the Marketing Lead position

We are looking for a Marketing Lead to help with the development and implementation of effective strategies to build the ShipBlu brand. You will need to brainstorm ideas to meet sales and marketing objectives, oversee the execution of plans, and report on results of campaigns.

In this role, the ideal candidate is creative and results-oriented. An analytical mind and research skills are essential! We would love to meet with you if you are an excellent communicator and work well on a team.

Marketing Lead responsibilities are:

  • Meet with stakeholders to determine brand objectives and strategies.

  • Study brand and research relevant markets.

  • Generate, present, and enact creative marketing ideas.

  • Assist in development and optimization of marketing campaigns (product launching and promotion).

  • Coordinate sales, product development and other teams.

  • Track budgets with a goal of maximization of gains, and cost reduction.

  • Analyze trends among industry, competition, and market.

  • Prepare reports on performance and sales of brand.

Marketing Lead requirements are:

  • Proven experience in marketing as a Brand Manager, Assistant Brand Manager or similar.

  • Product knowledge regarding pricing, packaging, positioning, and distribution.

  • Awareness of the latest marketing trends and best practices.

  • Ability to conduct research and analyze resulting data.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • A creative mindset coupled with a results-driven attitude.

  • BSc/BA in Marketing, Communication, Business or related field; Master’s/MBA is a plus.
