We are looking for a Star Marketing Executive to join our Marketing Team and optimize our marketing campaigns, brand-related initiatives, and communications across all channels as per our Marketing Strategy.

  • Work closely with the Marketing Lead to support the commercial team with revenue-generating activities.
  • Assist Marketing Lead in the formulation of tactics to build a lasting digital connection with clients, as per Company Strategic Marketing Plan.
  • Support Marketing Lead in devising, developing and implementing creative digital public relations strategies that fit the company profile to maximize company exposure.
  • Monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
  • Launch optimized online adverts through Google AdWords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness.
  • Help Marketing Lead in planning and executing creative ideas for content marketing and update the website.
  • Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
  • Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels.
  • Collaborate with designers to improve user experience.
  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Acquire insight in online marketing trends and help Marketing Lead to keep strategies up-to-date.
  • Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors.
  • Analyze results of activities and efforts and prepare reports including ROI Reports.
  • Carry relationships with Company strategic partners.
  • Coordinate and execute Company’s different initiatives and events.
  • Ensure brand guidelines are followed throughout all visuals on varied channels and tools.
  • Coordinate and implement all branding activities.

Requirements and skills:

  • A creative mind partnered with the ability to find the best practical solutions.
  • B2B marketing experience is beneficial, but B2C may be considered.
  • Able to multitask and deliver within tight deadlines.
  • Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive, coordinating and managing effective campaigns through various channels or similar roles.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Experience with social media, Google AdWords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM.
  • Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools.
  • Skills and experience in creative content writing.
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • BSc/BA in marketing or relevant field.
  • Must display high efficiency in submitting deliverables and projects as assigned to him/her, and in coordinating several projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent English and Arabic is a must.
